📌 Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy 📌 Clean and fragrant 📌 Friendly staff 📌 The downside is that the bathroom drain takes a long time to drain. Please fix this to make it more comfortable. It's quite annoying waiting for the drain to drain completely... Just a suggestion: If possible, replace the TV with a Smart TV in the future... Continue to be successful, SB Cikarang.

The hotel is comfortable, the room I chose is quite spacious, there is a refrigerator, a safe and a TV, the bathroom is clean and comfortable, the hot water works well, the AC is cool and comfortable, the refill water is good and it's not far to access, the service is friendly, and the security is also good.

The staff service was quite good, but there are some suggestions for overall service improvements: 1. The lobby is hot. 2. The room Wi-Fi is on but there's no internet connection. 3. There's no plastic bag in the toilet. 4. The bathroom door won't close. 5. The bathroom door handle is broken and hasn't been repaired. 6. There's only one slipper. 7. There's only one room key, and access to all rooms is via card. This makes it difficult to leave. Thank you.
