And the hotel's information was that our motorbike was safe and we didn't need to pay. But when we wanted to check out on the afternoon of the 14th, we had arrived at the motorbike parking lot when our tickets were scanned, the gate officer told us that we had to pay before we could get out. Well, we were confused, didn't we take care of the parking by the admin yesterday? It so happened that one of our children was sick so we had to rush home. This officer even curtly told us to go take care of it ourselves. Because the disappointment from the previous experience with this officer was still there, emotions began to arise for the service in this parking lot. We had to go back to the hotel to report back regarding our tickets, and when we gave suggestions, try to have the person guarding the parking lot have a contact for the hotel security/hotel officer. So that customers don't have to go back and forth to take care of it themselves. After all, parking is also part of the hotel that must be considered. But this officer was not accepted and reprimanded. Until we had an argument with the officer. It was a very disappointing experience from the parking side.
