The service was excellent, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room (Bayview) had a beautiful view. The downside was that the room wasn't soundproof enough, so when the staff was cleaning outside or there were people chatting outside, it could be heard inside. But overall, I was satisfied with my two-night stay here 👍👍

Overall, it was pleasant. But the bathroom smelled like cockroaches, as if it hadn't been used in a while. The second day, there were no towels, but they were quickly sent softer ones after calling reception. It's nice! The bay view is satisfying, you can sit by the window and enjoy the view.
