Great stay for family with kids. Helpful staffs. Cozy room. Great fitness center. Kids club is great but can be improved in variety of play.

All ok just when check-in the room is ready near the service room and entering is also not soundproof even though the deluxe pool view type. Standard AC, TV remote control and also a bit troublesome not blackout curtains there is a curtain sliding stick makes it dangerous if hit open the curtain. Automatic door.

overall there is nothing disappointing,,, fyi every weekend there is a foam party in the swimming pool at 9 am

satisfying stay here, the room is very nice,,, for cleanliness, it needs to be considered again... there are often ants on the table, sugar ants, please check the cleanliness again when given to customers. and in the bathroom, there are limited clothes hangers, please add more, overall it is very good.

for the place is very close to culinary tourism.. just walk and you're there.. but the AC is noisy so at night it's a bit disturbing to sleep.. the bed also has a little dirt I don't know if it was forgotten to be cleaned or what.. but for the facilities are quite family friendly.. so it's suitable for those who want to bring children..

Stayed here during Chinese New Year holiday so when I checked in the lobby was crowded. I booked a suite room. The room was spacious but the bathroom (bath) was very uncomfortable. The bathtub drain cover did not match the size of the drain, so water kept coming out from the gaps. Reported to housekeeping and after half an hour engineering came to replace the cover which was also not suitable. Then I said, the handle for the water switch from the faucet to the shower was missing. The officer said, yes it was broken. So? Just keep quiet... When checking out, the receptionist asked about his stay experience. I mentioned all the obstacles above, his response was only to say sorry and thank you for the comment. Isn't it strange for a hotel level that sells rooms for almost 3 million, there is no service recovery... Well maybe because it's a local brand

champion hotel is child friendly. no need to go anywhere...comfortable for everyone. spacious enough room and each room has a balcony that can be used as a smoking area. big tv in the room. comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Like it because there is a comfortable kids room and swimming pool for everyone. weekend there is kids movie, foam party. varied food but the taste still needs to be improved. thanks Alana is really child friendly

The story is this is an extended room. The suite room is okay, but if there is some kind of microwave it would be even better for the baby. Almost always stay here every time I need a short and close staycation with family from Jakarta. The kids really like the Bubble Party in the swimming pool. Even in peak season conditions, the comfort and friendliness are not reduced
