Highly recommended and comfortable for resting

Recommended hotel for my staycation trip. Especially my child loves swimming. The view of the swimming pool is amazing. The best hotel is clean and comfortable🥰🥰

The food is very varied and also delicious

The AC is noisy, from 20.00-21.30 there is the sound of footsteps upstairs, then in the morning from 5 o'clock there is the sound of a baby crying, the soundproofing is very minimal, oh my, there are quite a lot of choices for breakfast but the taste is just so-so.

The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, willing to help and serve.

I like the hotel room, it's clean, comfortable, the view is beautiful from the room on the 9th floor, there's a fitness room and swimming pool on the 25th floor, the hotel's location is near the Transmart supermarket.

I stayed at The Zuri Hotel Palembang while attending the Competency Certification event organized by BPJS Kesehatan and I was very impressed with this experience. Starting from the smooth check-in process and the very friendly and professional hotel staff. one of the most prominent things during my stay was the diverse and delicious Palembang specialties such as pempek, burgo, laksan, celimpungan etc. which presented an authentic and satisfying taste. The swimming pool located on the 25th floor provides an extraordinary experience with a stunning panorama of Palembang city, adding to the comfort and pleasure during my stay there. The clean and comfortable room also adds to the quality of my rest. The strategic location of the hotel makes it easy for me to reach various important places in the city. overall, I am very satisfied and will be happy to recommend The Zuri Hotel to my friends and colleagues.

Very comfortable. The staff are very friendly. But for some reason, if the window curtain sticks to it for a minute, it itches on my skin.

The room is not soundproof because the voices of people and small children from outside can still be heard clearly, the room layout is not comfortable.
