Don't book this resort, this is an odd and hard labour check in place. Management is very bad. No co-operation from their side. You will be spoiled your traveling to visit phi phi by booking this resort.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing to complain about. We needed them several times, and they were always there at the drop of a hat. The only drawback is that they're a bit far from the center (a 15-minute walk in the heat...), but the arrival time is a bit steep. Regarding the accommodation, the view is great, the hotel is unique. Sleeping in a cabin is great, just be careful of the planks on the floor. However, the bed is horrible, the mattress is hard, we slept really badly, not used to a hard mattress. But otherwise, it's not a bad idea to do it once. The pool is decent.

Very far, difficult to find, hard to find High accommodation, walking up and down, difficult and dangerous. A lot of dust Service staff are not very good. The water is brown and the smell is not clean.

There is a breakfast with a choice of scramble egg or sunny egg menu, the hotel is friendly and pleasant.

Great location and service can pick up yours from the Ton Sai Pier. Reasonable price. Staff is friendly, service-mind.
