The resort is very beautiful, but there are a few things that seriously lose points as follows 1 / the door is damaged using the lock, the toilet and the bathroom are full of termites, the hygiene is acceptable, the cleaning is acceptable, hope the Resort improves a few small things so as not to lose points 2 / the food service is super poor, although booking a few days in advance, but now, the restaurant manager does not know if the customers have to order or not, it seems that the food has to be prepared or not, it seems like it takes a long time to buy the food, it seems like it takes a long time to check the food, Each dish takes a long time to add even though there are only 4-5 tables, but the staff is running around not knowing what to do, customers have to call again and again. In summary, the resort is very nice, the staff is friendly. But there are points mentioned above that I feel a little disappointed, thinking that if I have made such a large-scale resort, it is a pity to let things that are not worth dragging the points back.
