Most of them have to walk down the stairs. It's good that we stayed on the 9th floor. The second problem was that it wasn't clean in the entire room. and walkway area The housekeeper came to clean and did it only in the dirty corridor room, not cleaning up, not sweeping. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and had to endure the same condition. Plus, we stayed in a room with a lot of spiders, almost 20 in front of the room. I told the housekeeper but she wasn't interested. There are no artificial sea towels, so you have to walk to get them at the 2nd floor swimming pool. Overall, it's not clean even though the hotel just opened. There was hair hanging from the glass in the bathroom. There's a lot of hair in the corner of the room.
