Spacious and airy room. Clean. Staff are cheerful and friendly

The hotel is located in the center so it's convenient to go anywhere. The receptionist is super enthusiastic and friendly. The room is clean, but the room for 4 people has a few electrical outlets, only 2 outlets, 1 of which is used to plug in the refrigerator but it's not a big deal. Everyone should stay here.

I booked a single room on April 15, I arrived 1 hour early but still checked in and got a 2 bed room, the room is spacious and clean, there are 2 problems that the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan and a cupboard cold in the room not working.

Mình đặt phòng thường trên Traveloka mà may mắn hay sao đó mà được up lên phòng cao cấp hơn. Dù thời gian trải nghiệm không được nhiều nhưng khá hài lòng nhé.Sẽ ưu tiên vào lần du lịch tới.❤

I booked and paid for an apartment type of room Which include living room, kitchen. Then when I got there, the frontdesk said they out of apartment style room, they got me a room with 2beds. Not really what me and my friend want it's kind of irritating me.
