The room's AC wasn't cold enough, the TV channel facilities weren't good enough, the staff weren't very friendly, for that price the room was small, the bathroom soap was runny like refilling with plain water, they only gave a few tissues... staying there was a bit disappointing, parking was limited. Please improve it so that it can satisfy customers.

It's funny, they say there were blood spots on the blanket, but actually that's the hotel's risk, and what's worse is that they charged too much, 150 thousand in my opinion...be careful if you want to stay at the Maxone Hotel, don't dirty the sheets or blanket, or you'll suffer the same fate.

This time I was very dissatisfied because I stayed for two nights and I didn't ask for the room to be cleaned but took the initiative to clean it. The problem wasn't that the room was cleaned, but after cleaning the room, it wasn't closed again until I got home to the hotel at night and was shocked to see the door open. In my room, there was a laptop and an iPad. If someone else entered or took it, would the hotel be responsible? Or would my important data be taken by an irresponsible person? What would happen?
