It turned out to be quite an old hotel, I was shocked when I got out of the elevator because the lighting was lacking (dim) I stayed overnight but couldn't sleep, either because of my thoughts or other things, I brought a 3 year old child who is used to moving hotels but this is the first time he's been cranky at night and can't sleep well either 🙈 So I really felt the aura and air at night was not good 🙏 But the waiters and staff were all friendly. I was in room 1208, please check the toilet again because it seems like it needs to be replaced because the water is always cloudy even though it has been flushed repeatedly 🙏

all staff are friendly and very helpful, check-in and checkout process is fast without any obstacles, food is very diverse, swimming pool is also spacious and there is a pool for children. the only thing that is not comfortable is the room is not soundproof, we clearly heard other people's conversations passing in front of the room. Other than that there is no problem..

The room smells musty, like there haven't been any visitors for a long time, the parking outside is a bit of a hassle when it rains.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is delicious.

I am a regular when I go to Kesby, I definitely stay here, the cleanliness of the room and toilet is unquestionable. If there are complaints, the response is also very fast. The swimming pool is also clean. There are many food stalls around the hotel, it's really the best 👍👍👍👍👍

When we entered, it was really quiet, it looked old and a bit unconvincing (But it turned out that when we checked out, the car park was full) When we entered, the lobby was really nice and the receptionist staff were very friendly. When we entered the room, the hallway was a bit dark (during the day) but it turned out that at night all the lights were turned on so the hallway didn't feel dark at all The room was very comfortable, quiet, the AC was cold, the hot water worked well. The parking lot did look a bit dirty, but it was quite spacious. The location is very close to the toll entrance, so everywhere feels close. When you leave the hotel, there are lots of food choices (from cheap to expensive) and some are open until early morning. It was a pleasant experience for me and my husband to stay a day at Verwood. Will definitely come back here if we go to Surabaya. Thank you

friendly and satisfying service. comfortable bed tv is not big enough.. hohohoo 11th floor can see the view from above in the morning or at night. for breakfast, complete, I like it... just a bit gaflok because the building may be old, but it can still be used to stay comfortably...
