The room same like the picture. All the staff are also friendly. Breakfast, lunch, dinner include, and all the food so yummy. Surely back again.

I stayed 3 nights here, it was written including breakfast, apparently I got breakfast + lunch + free dinner all, there was even a tea break every 5pm. Alhamdulillah. Although the temperature outside is very cold to minus 4, but the room is warm because there is a heater, even the bathroom is warm there is also a heater, as well as drying clothes. You don't need to wear warm clothes to sleep. But in the room there is no water kettle available for tea, that's the drawback. So if you want to drink hot tea, you have to buy it. Behind the hotel there is a ski facility for those who want to try skiing, live equipment for rent if you don't have one. It can't be easy. There is a coach that we pay for. Have a good vacation.

At check-in it was explained verbally that we got the full board lunch-tea break-dinner-breakfast-foucher cable car package, all of which were free / include the rate we ordered. Initially surprised, but so believe because around the uludag is only a hotel and there is no hotel noj hotel. so we understood when in restaurants and cafes, we were offered tea and coffee, we asked if free was answered yes, but asked for a signature on a small receipt. It turned out that at check-out was asked to pay for coffee / tea that was signed. 468 cords / around Rp. 750,000. We protested but the receptionist didn't want to know because there was evidence of a receipt. Only one officer can speak English, others cannot. We were forced to pay because we had to leave immediately for another tour schedule. We have stayed very often at any hotel. Generally lunch, dinner, cafe, minibar and others pay. But this time because it was submitted by full board, we followed the policy, apparently deceiving / trapping, very ugly and disappointing.
