Our stay at the Grand Ezel Hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. Located outside the city, the hotel isn't the easiest to reach without a car. However, small buses are available for cash payments, providing transportation to the city and the marina. From the start, the service was commendable. However, our initial experience in the room was disappointing. There were no towels, no toilet paper, and only one small blanket suitable for one person. I had to call reception to request these basic items, which should be standard in any hotel. The room itself, including the bathroom, was in need of renovation. The bedsheet didn't fit the mattress properly, which was quite annoying as it kept slipping off during the night, leaving us sleeping directly on the mattress. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Despite these issues, the service and friendliness of the staff were exceptional. Every day, we were greeted with a smile, which made our stay more pleasant. Overall, while the Grand Ezel Hotel has room for improvement in terms of amenities and room condition, the excellent service and friendly staff do make a positive difference.

The room itself is okay. But it looked very old and used. Many furniture were slightly damaged. But the bathroom was dirty, I saw even a mold, and it's not what I saw at the pictures. The service was okay, and the breakfast was included. But overall, I would recommend finding another option

The hotel is nice, clean, efficient, well priced and in a good location. However, I give the 5 stars above all for a waiter who helped me a lot to solve a serious problem that happened to me: I had a motorbike breakdown, in a country foreign to me and where I don't know the language. The hotel reception manager pretended to help me but instead did nothing. The waiter on the other hand was very kind and really helped me and in the end thanks to him I solved the problem. I thank him very much and I also thank the other manager of the hotel who is more or less my age (63 years old). He too, unlike the other, has always been helpful and kind to me.

This is very good value hotel in Mersin. Mrs Maria is very professional and the breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.

Very bad experience. The information about the hotel wasn't right at all. The breakfast was very poor , no juice or milk only water beside tea or coffee. Got a coffee cup that were broken .. They didn't clean the room or got us clean towels. We paid 9800 TL for 3 nights.... In the refrigerator there was only 2 small water..didn't got any more. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
