Do not book if you want A/C. They turn it off. Room was too small for three of us. Had to ask front desk for soap for the bathroom. Staff seemed friendly

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The hotel is clearly quite new, however it is still very clean. I heard no noise from the street or hotel, as you can often here the next room in hotels like this. Breakfast was pleasant. All parts of the hotel were very clean and all staff very friendly. Great local position.

I have been to this hotel several times because it is the only one always available in Waiblingen. However, I would not recommend it. They are lying on their site about the parking and parking prices. The hotel does not have it’s own parking, there is a public parking nearby and the hotel offers tickets for getting out for a price of 12 euros each ticket, and not per day as is mentioned on their site. Besides that, their elevators are always out of service, so prepare to carry your luggage on stairs.

Great property, very clean and next to a very nice market that will have anything you could want. Excellent staff that was very nice and extremely helpful.

The hotel itself has a very modern and pleasing décor. Very comfortable beds and good bathroom. The cons are that the rooms are just too small and suitable mainly for single travellers. Most of the room space is taken up by the bed(s). The breakfast buffet was adequate, but nothing special compared to many other German hotels.

You hardly find someone in reception to assist you. Always, only once person at a time available in reception who is handling both, the guests checking in/Checking out and attending people setting in the bar.

For a meeting in Waiblingen ideal. Just make sure you keep your windows shut as it was very noise in the morning.

An excellent hotel with very impressive decor. Very good breakfast.

All good, we didnt know where the parking was so asked reception, she pointed to the parking garage next to the hotel.we parked there and asked if it was inlcuded in the stay whihc she said YES however on checkout next morning we were asked to pay 12 euros, everything else was good. The choice of breakfast the next morning was acceptable

RUBBISH MANAGEMENT. TURNED UP TO FIND THEY DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR ME!!! I HAD TO DRIVE FOR 90 MINUTES INTO CENTRAL STUTTGART TO STAY IN THE HOTEL THEY FOUND FOR ME. I WAS CHARGED £18 TO PARK MY CAR. WILL AVOID STAYING HERE FOR SURE AND WILL FIND A HOTEL THAT ACTUALLY HAS A ROOM FOR ITS PRE-BOOKED IN AND CONFIRMED GUESTS OF HOTELS.COM

The hotel was really nice the only downfall was the breakfast, no bread unless you were up very early and choice was minimal

Really nice hotel in a nice area.. About 15 minutes walk from the train station but local buses are frequent if you don't fancy the walk. Room was big. Bed comfy. Shower in the morning only luke warm. Nice bathroom. Breakfast good but not brilliant..

Très déçue que l'établissement ait refusé le remboursement suite à l'annulation de 8 nuitées pour raisons professionnelles, alors que nous sommes des clients habitués. J'attendais vraiment un geste commercial de leur part.
