This is the worst place I have EVER stayed. Rooms full of graffiti and bed bugs. Along with the worst service I have had. The general manager was not willing to meet and greet me. for the poor standards. Along with the worst experience I had. They charged a $150 incidental fee, and I will not receive back into my account for 5-7 days.

Customer service was good. Condition of the place was average. The building could use an upgrade. Good enough for the night.

The place is filthy. There was a bag of popcorn on the ground by entrance; it was there when I checked in and there when I left. The tile in the check area was dirty and chipped in many places. The upstairs floors had a lot of dried mud. The room was dirty and walls were scuffed. The shower was stained and gross. I have no idea how this place has an 8.4 star rating as this was hands down one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Guess the people giving high ratings are fake or have seriously low standards. Do yourself a solid and don't book a room at this establishment. Lots of seedy people handing out too, so don't leave any valuables in the car.

Comfy bed!

The staff was superior. Everybody smiled and was very helpful. We checked in quite late and we’re still greeted with a smile and friendliness.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at this property while attending my 50 yr high school reunion. The room was fine, the staff attentive and pleasant, while the breakfast was tasty. Very good value and comfy lodging!

Good place to stay

First room had a badly cracked window. Second room had a toilet seat that moved around. Bottom of shower door glass was discolored and/or stained. Some grout was discolored or moldy.

Pretty good bang for buck! Everything exceed expectations, if I have to critique anything would be the shower... You can see the age there... Other than that it's pretty up to date

The property was nice the staff was great, how ever the room,Was bad, the were bags in the drawer and the shower had hair AND black stuff in it. The sink had tooth paste stuck on it. The beds were terrible the sheets were dirty and had a bad smell. The carpet had trash all over. Please make improvements

It’s a BYOB bring your own blanket because you don’t get one. Also it had large gaps around the door so flies kept coming in. The room was remodeled but still needed some work.

Stayed for 3 nights. The last night I found a cockroach on the room. They never clean up the room in my 3 nights.

Property is worn and needs a facelift

There were some hairs on on the floor and toilet in the bathroom, otherwise very clean room. Very spacious. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Pool was drained, bit of false advertising their. Bed was comfortable.
