Badly not maintained. No direction from staff, shabby, dusty, ace not cold

Not recommended at all, the TV doesn't work, the water heater doesn't work (I already booked one with a water heater), the bathroom smells, the lobby smells, the bedroom isn't clean. Basically, I'm fed up, I couldn't stand it so much that I booked for 2 days and then checked out last night.

Stayed for a quick visit to the nearest harbormaster. Located strategically in North Jakarta but I would recommend any potential guests to look elsewhere around the south. May look tempting by the price but for the sake of your peace of mind you may want to spend more for the better. I was fortunate enough to stay only for a night sleep, not even good one. Truly disappointed. Bed was dusty. No window. Lighting is scarce. Sink plumbing was hanging. Shower was warm but not hot enough. Toilet got no lock. Room really needs lots of improvement, hide the electrical cords better and some paint job. Loud vehicle noise is understandable. There were some local gangsters sitting outside around midnight, I was afraid of going out alone. I understand this requires a lot of funding, but for us consumers we also don't want a subpar service.

It doesn't fit in the photo. That photo is old. Now it's really ugly. The AC doesn't cool.

The water didn't flow, the wifi didn't connect, the TV didn't broadcast.

The staff does not serve guests well. Even though I asked for hot water for the child's milk. Instead he told me to wait, and was more interested in playing games.

During my stay here, the room was cramped, the TV remote was broken, the AC remote was missing, the room was noisy and the neighbor's room could be heard, not to mention the noise from the hotel area which is adjacent to the 'adult entertainment venue', for the price of 200 thousand it's not worth it, it's better to get a cheaper dormitory or a cheaper daily apartment with better quality facilities.

Kebersihan hotel bagus, kamar oke nyaman banget Deket dengan pelabuhan, pinggir jalan Sehingga gampang di cari persis sebelum Indomaret, harganya pun terjangkau

Staf hotel tidak ramah, tidak menyambut dengan senyum. Ada bau apek di lobi hotel. Saya datang dengan anak 2, belum apa-apa sudah minta surat nikah dengan wajah seakan-akan saya ini datang tanpa surat nikah. Kalau tidak ada surat nikah, ngapain saya ke hotel syariah, banyak juga hotel tanpa tanya surat nikah. Posisi surat nikah di dalem koper. Tapi harus di keluarin dulu buat lihatin ke resepsionis. Tidak recommended sekali.

Untuk hotel bintang 3 cukup bersih, sayangnya untuk kamar mandinya kecil banget kalau untuk orang gendut belum tentu bisa masuk. TV bisa menyala dan wifi juga cepat koneksinya. Secara lokasi lumayan ujung, tetapi kalau ada acara di JIS lumayan dekat.

Saya menginap 3 malam, saat saya keluar di jalan dan ada keperluan penting menghubungi nomor receptionist sampai 100x lewat WA dan nomor biasa tidak diangkat, sementara nada tersambung, Jadi apa tugas receptionist? Tidak dipedulikan, malah cuma main game?

When you enter the room there are lots of mosquitoes, so you buy mosquito spray so you can sleep comfortably. The room is like in a bunker, because there are absolutely no windows.

Severe, bad hotel, very disappointed, dirty. The receptionist is not friendly, the management is bad. Very bad service.

Seperti mimpi buruk 😭, dan finally nggak tidur sama sekali. Pindah kamar dan sama sekali nggak ada signal, wifi juga buruk di kamar yang baru. 😭. Terburuk selama nginep ke sana ke sini, sekarang 03.20, diem di lobby sedih.

Stuffy room. Moist. As soon as you go up the stairs, you can smell the musty smell. The room has no window. only ac. The building is old. Dirty floors are not swept.
