The location is very strategic, close to everywhere. The rooms and the guest house environment are pleasant and clean. Comfortable housing model. There is no elevator so you have to take the stairs. The breakfast is standard but okay.

The staff are friendly. Got a comfortable big room. We got one plate of rice with chicken and vegetable soup for breakfast.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helps with the check-in and check-out process well. Next time here again.

There is no lift even though the floor is more than 2.

I stayed in a room with a window facing the neighbor's yard. There were many trees and grass in the yard. Beside the room window there were also several trees, very shady, sunlight slipped through the leaves. Even though it was almost noon the air still felt cool and comfortable, I didn't feel like getting out of bed. Well, I have to stay here again if I go to Malang. :)

Highly recommended. In the city center so it's close to everywhere. Ample parking. The only thing that's not available in the room is toothpaste and toothbrush but you can buy it at the reception. There are gallon refills on each floor.

Overall it's good and comfortable, close to everywhere, lots of food stalls around the hotel, the downside is there are no slippers in the hotel room, the room is spacious and comfortable.

friendly hotel staff, we arrived before check in time and tried to get into the room immediately, and the service was very fast. room service is also friendly. close to places to eat and you can eat around the hotel just by walking. lots of choices if you want to eat. the food also tastes good. next time will come here again because the access is easy & close if you want to go anywhere
