We've visited the restaurant, not the hotel. The service is wonderful and welcoming. From the nearby motorway you have a few minutes cross country and then through a suburbian quarter, finding ample parking and a beautiful old style building with a romantic country style interior.

Arriving to the Alte Bergmühle, it gave the impression of a cosines and local grounding that is difficult to find these days. The service was impeccable and not having reserved place and the restaurant was full, we were invited to eat in the bar, where we got exactly the same service and attention as the rest, though we could see, it was a busy night. The locals came in from the street to watch the local soccer team play on the television adding some colour to the evening. The rooms are old style romantic and quirky, but clean and with lots of space and soft chairs and the bathroom equipped with a bath on lions feet. Something more befitting a couples trip than a business trip, but I did enjoy the atmosphere.

The rooms were dated in parts, but clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly helpful and always interested in making sure you has the best of everything! The food was one of the standout parts, the chef has created a masterful menu all of which I tasted was delicious.

Excellent restaurant - cuisine, vin, service !

Great hotel with nice antique style room. The personnel are really friendly and customer orientated. The restaurant is excellent with fresh food and high gastronomy cuisine. The room price is reasonable for the confort. Definetly I strongly recommend to stay and to enjoy a dinner
