My first experience staying here. - Very friendly receptionist. - Poor room cleanliness, dusty lights, broken water heater, and completely unsuitable for use. This is a 4-star hotel. - Good pool facilities, but some of the fitness center equipment was broken. Thank you to the male pool staff for helping me with the instructions. The room itself was dirty, with dust everywhere, not up to 4-star standards.

The old model bed should be replaced because the bed is noisy. No. 307's bed is noisy.

Refilling food during breakfast takes too long, so many food containers are empty. The condition is indeed full pax, but for breakfast at 8.30 there are already many empty ones & the long refill is disappointing. Hopefully it can be fixed

the best here is only the security in the basement💯. the rest is not so great, especially the elevator. approaching the co hour almost 10 minutes standing waiting for the elevator. adding a room key also has to be charged another deposit. even though I have paid the deposit in advance. the TV in the room also has a stuck volume. hopefully the service and facilities will be evaluated again.

There is no hairdryer, in other cities when you stay overnight it is provided in the bathroom.

The hotel staff was very helpful at check in and all were friendly. The lounge is also good for meetings… Often used for weddings/birthday parties.

The hotel service is very good. The room is very clean and spacious. The facilities are very complete. Directly connected to the mall, so it makes it easy for us to shop. Overall, Swiss Bell Hotel SMD is very good and recommended.

the staff service is very disappointing, the items were not delivered to the room even though they had been waiting for a long time, they were forced to take them back and bring them to the room themselves and the items brought were quite a lot, besides that they also asked for towels to be delivered but it took a very long time to be delivered, even then they had to be called several times at the reception and brought angrily first and the water heater in the bathroom did not work at all.. hopefully in the future it can be improved and enhanced both in terms of service and room facilities.. thank you..

Old hotel quality is still good, the shower faucet for hot water is time to be replaced. Relatively good for the price.

The room view faces the city and Mahakam river, very beautiful. The room size is spacious and all facilities are functioning well. The friendliness of the staff can be improved.
