All the hotel employees are kind and friendly in my opinion, it's just that when I was getting GoFood in the basement and then I asked to open the access, the employee's face was a bit grumpy, maybe he was sleepy because it was already midnight. It would have been better to ask for a deposit from the start so as not to bother the employees like this. After all, visitors don't mind being asked for a deposit to add a card.
The employees also took a long time when asked for tissues (room tissues were empty). I had to call twice to explain "when will this be delivered? I have something to go out". How come it has to be emphasized like that before it can come quickly.
For breakfast, the menu is delicious, I like it. I initially asked for breakfast to be delivered to the room only. But what I found strange was that the kitchen charged 105k per portion if it was delivered. Honestly, I was shocked because I also took a room rate that included breakfast, and during my stays in several hotels, no hotel has ever charged if guests ask for food to be delivered to the room. Finally, I was forced to go to the restaurant.
For spacious parking, but for maneuvering a 7-seater vehicle is a bit difficult because the distance between the foundations is too close.
Old room atmosphere. Minimal lighting. Only 1 sandal is available even though 2 people are staying. The bed also makes noise when the body moves.
The pool water is a bit murky
And what's even more unfortunate is when entering the hotel, the hotel lobby smells of cigarettes. It's really not good for babies or children, or even for us adults. I don't understand whether this is a smoking area lobby or not, but we who bring children are very disturbed. Because outside the lobby it smells of cigarettes, inside the lobby it smells of cigarettes.
