The staff are very friendly, from the security guards, the cleaning staff, and the receptionists, everyone is very friendly and always smiling. The hotel is also very comfortable. I want to stay here again!! I really love Swiss-Bel Hotel SMD❤️

If possible, provide parking for people who are afraid of heights, especially those with heart disease. Yesterday, I parked on the second floor. When I was about to get down the car, I was anxious, panicked, and ended up short of breath because I have a heart condition.
