Power failure. Dirty room, moved room but the lights went out and didn't know when it would come on.

This was the most bitter, chaotic experience I felt, ordering 2 rooms, 1 of which was used because the 1st room was very, very scary, an empty room with lots of profits and was really dirty, I was forced to combine 2 families in one room. At 1 o'clock at night I woke up because my nephew was possessed, then I myself was possessed too. After realizing that my husband called his friends to go to his room, his friend finally fainted too. After that we moved to a friend's room and the next day we checked out early

I quite enjoyed my stay, but I changed rooms several times because in the first room the shower was leaking, the lights were dimly lit, it was dark, there was minimal glass, after changing the room the AC was quite cold, the shower was safe, there was a water heater, the lights were also quite bright.

The facilities are inadequate, everything is dirty, and outside the room smells of urine, the management will improve it again, thank you.

It was really bad, the room wasn't clean, there were lots of cobwebs and lizard droppings on the walls, the AC wasn't cold, the mattress cover and pillows weren't replaced, there were still traces of drool, I checked out straight away.

I'm happy to stay a few days at the OYO hotel and bring my children to accompany me to work, the atmosphere is calm, the staff are friendly, even though the bed sheets are a bit dirty, although there are some problems, but that's okay according to the price. Thank you OYO

The room was very scary, there was a lot of graffiti, I don't recommend it, so I didn't want to stay overnight, hadooh.

In the decades I've stayed in hotels, this is the first time I've had one as bad as this. Because I was tired, I didn't check and fell asleep for 2 hours. I woke up to the smell from the pillow. And after I checked, it turned out the pillow was that dirty. Please see the picture I uploaded. The next day I asked to move rooms and met two other guests who also experienced the same thing. The most rotten room in my entire stay in a hotel or apartment!

First and last order. Starting from entering, the door handle is released, the door lock must be pushed. Entering the apartment model room, all the doors, both the bedroom door and the bathroom door, as well as the cupboard, were all broken. Even the main bedroom entrance was damaged. The door cannot be locked. The room next to the door was tied with nails, and the contents were all rubbish and there was also a broken cupboard. In the room the TV remote didn't work, the battery was broken, the TV didn't turn on, the socket plug wasn't closed, there was a real risk of being hit by a storm. The bed is okay, the sheets are bad, dirty, lots of stains, dust, the blanket is rough, dirty. The bathroom hoses were all broken, the toilet hose and shower hose. Only 1 light is on for 1 room. Those who want to stay here while testing their courage are also highly recommended. Like a room in a haunted house.

The room was not clean, the bed sheets were dirty, there were no toiletries when you first entered the room, the service took a long time, was unsatisfactory & not good.

What was in the picture and what was in real was totally different the room was badly maintained and shabby and the AC was not working properly.

The staff is rude, especially the men, and the service is not friendly with customers, access is also less efficient because you can't access the lift, you have to be helped by staff who are not on standby in front of the lift, so we have to look for the staff first to ask to tap in or go to the receptionist. .

The room was dirty, dirty, had a musty smell and it was a test of courage if I stayed alone 😅 but I had already booked 2 nights and didn't have time to look for another one, I was really sleepy so I had to stay overnight if the location was strategic.

The room feels like it has never been stayed by anyone before. The bed sheets are so dirty and have stains, the bathroom also stinks, for such a price it's really not worth it, please fix the problem.

At that price, in my opinion, it's not worth it, the place is strange, the access is complicated, it's in a corner and cramped, the bathroom has lots of ants, the door hinges are broken, only the AC is worth a little appreciation, it's quite cold.
