Good location. Near to the terminal ferry, easy to find some food, surau. Sky mart (choc), the family room is good, but no icebox as picture seen before, iron as request, no iron board. Air conditioner and hot water functiong well. Easy to find transport inc Maxim. More cheap. Hotel bajet recomanded.

It budget hotel. Nice location. Walking distance everything got. Room is OK only. Will book again.

there was electric black out for almost 5 hours

The hotel located at strategic place. The cleanliness of the room is really bad,you can see stains on the towels and the bed sheets as it never washed before. The aircond also got problems. The room phone also cannot use.

Bedding, blankets and towels are scented. It's like no exchange. Everything else is ok.

It was 2 c / in but the room was not ready for another 30 minutes. From 2:45 pm to 10:30 pm it was not cold. 3 hours left room was not off the shower but our family room was not cold at all. Last hotel supervisor for us fans. Bed sheets are dirty and itchy. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Would you pay for rm119 to pay for such a terrible family room ?! Ask the hotel to monitor the rooms that are always online booking.

Service is ok, just need to upgrade sheets, pillowcases, towels. Because the color fades already. 1st entry I remember no pillowcase 😅 Everything ok just what I mentioned was not satisfactory ✌️

Good place for saving budget.. Simple and clean.. Cheap price.. Good service.. I will go there for another next vacation

The Hotel itself was OK. Problem arose when they collected the Tourism Tax and then we learnt that Labuans accommodations cannot apply it as it is a duty-free island. they did not give back our money or any explanation

Ample space. Comfortable. Convenient. Easy access to anywhere. Near international Ferry. Seaview. Cheaper than my expectations. Will come back to this hotel.

Everything is okay, the staff is okay, the location is okay, just there is a little around laha for a queen. Anything is within your budget, thank you for your service.

Add more channel on tv and change the aircond position. Overall it was good place to stay in.
