Great location to walk around. Little difficult if you are trying to catch an Uber. Hotel is nice.

Great location in the centre of town on the La Canebière and a few hundred meters to the harbour. I had some issues with external noise due to high winds being on the top floor that stopped me getting any sleep and an AC duct that fell in to the room but the staff were quick to rectify things and I was moved to another better room. Things happen, its the way the team responds that makes the difference.

Very close to the old port area of Marseille, a very quick easy walk to get there. The hotel staff were very friendly, excellent overall. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to anyone else.

Nice hotel, but the area around the hotel is not good. Marseilles city centre does not feel safe. The room was nice, but not practical. There is very little storage space for clothes and the windows are not sound proof. Was woken each morning at 6am by street noise.

This was the perfect hotel for us in terms of style, staff and location. The room was lovely, the staff were brilliant and The breakfast was great. Location is ideal as its close to the bus station and the port. I didnt know anything about having to pay a £150 deposit up front, if you are low on money/budgeting this could be problematic. The street istelf doesnt feel too safe of an evening which is no fault of the hotel but we loved that you have to use your key card to gain entry to the building. I'd definitely stay here again. But I dont see any reason to take a deposit. Just take the card details like every other hotel. Overall a very stylish hotel

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely . We truly appreciated how well the air conditioning worked as it was quite hot during our stay .

We couldnt make our stay bc the entire train system in France went down due to a power surge and we couldnt get from Paris to Marseille for our stay! The staff was rude and wouldnt even work with us at all or give us a credit to put towards a stay in another hotel in their chain for the night Paris! Customer service is terrible. I do nor recommend.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Shower was excellent, bed comfy, had a mini fridge, good AC, a safe was in the room. The only downside was that the area was a little sketchy at night. But a great market was behind the hotel each morning to find spices, msemen, and fresh produce.

Great city hotel with parking garage about a 15 minute to the hotel. Old port section of town about a 15 minute way away as well.

The absence of professional laundry service was a negative which was unusual for a property with a 4 Star rating. Otherwise all very positive. A very helpful General Manager.

The hotel is conveniently located near to the train station and metro and its very clean.

Stayed here for 2 days, great location, very near by all major attractions and public transportation. Room is clean but no air ventilation due to it’s not summer. Be better to have some air circulation.

Great location, five minute walk to the port. Fine breakfast. Very helpful front desk staff. Nice room with all necessities: safe, fridge, small table, roomy bathroom. Would stay again.

The hotel is well located with 3 minute walk to Metro station. It is also close to major attractions and train station. We found an issue with our room but hotel resolved it quickly. Excellent customer service!
