This is my second time staying here. Overall, the experience was great, but not with my check-in experience. For the second time, I had to wait for my room to be prepared before I can check in. Even when I come a bit later than the appointed check-in time. I think, if you don't want to wait, you should call them and tell them to have your room ready when you arrive at the hotel, so you don't have to wait.

This is my second time staying at bobotel but I see the facilities are getting worse, such as leaking air conditioner, non-user friendly shower, uncomfortable room, finally I asked to move rooms. My message is for all rooms to be maintained again and pay attention to customer comfort.

It's good, but if possible, the TV broadcast can be changed so that there are many channels and it's not blurry, the remote can also be changed. There's no soap in the toilet, the hot water is also not hot, only warm for babies. Hopefully in the future there will be changes Because the room is unique, it can be more interesting.

The room smelled good but was too stuffy, ordered a king bad, but the single bed was made into one, the water in the bathroom was also stagnant, the sink was clogged, it needed a lot of repairs.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, friendly and feel like family. There is a coffee shop next to the hotel (Kopi Layang). The meeting room is also clean and luxurious. The rooms are clean with cheap Badgets located in the city center. Access distance to the Mall (Delipark, CarefoorMedan Fair) is very close. Especially if you want to buy souvenirs, it's closer and has easy access to transportation. Starting from the security who was quick to open the door and friendly to us. The most comfortable hotel I have ever visited. With low prices and complete facilities. Will stay here again later.
