No water to drink you got to pay

It’s fine for a very short overnight but we got stuck in one of the rooms which had not been renovated and it’s was pretty rough. Ask for a renovated room if you stay here.

It was very close to everything. Loved the location.

The hotel staff was incredibly rude — not all, but most. The property is dirty and very outdated. The TV was maybe 24" at best, and there weren’t any complimentary amenities at all — no water, no breakfast, nothing. This was my fourth time staying here for work, and it will definitely be my last.

Property is okay, it’s a good looking to walk around to lots of shops and restaurants but not much on property itself.

The room we stayed in was updated compared to a previous stay in 2024 where the room was moldy, dusty and dated.

Windward was a great choice for my stay on the beautiful Island of St Thomas. I've enjoyed the love resort stafff, amenities, free breakfast, convience of being able to walk and fulfil all of my shopping needs.

Very convenient area to stay.

Our flight got cancelled at Airport and Windward Passage was there to save the day. Rooms were simple, yet clean. Staff was very caring and although the neighborhood was decent, the property was helpful.

The bed was comfortable. The bartender Melvin was the nicest person at the hotel. He made the stay a little better. Staff was very unfriendly. The restaurant in the hotel that does not close until 10pm we walked in at 9pm the host said no more food only to find out it was because she didn't want to go in the freezer. Front desk staff rude. We were without power for hours because the generator was not checked to enaure we would have electricity. Water was brown. The pictures on the site dont show you the broken down cars in the parking lot, so the ocean view is really not ocean view. Hotel needs some work

I am highly disappointed! The property needs major esthetic updates. More importantly: I had 4 rooms under reservation, all the bathrooms had brown water coming out consistently, our ac was never cold and the power went out on Saturday night and never came back on by the time we checked out. Hotel staff did not accommodate us with any snacks, or resolutions. We came to celebrate a birthday and our trip was ruined. The surrounding area of the hotel is very dirty looking. I have a charge on my room that needs to be removed. I will never book this hotel again.!!!!
