Not quite impressive. First, I got the Club Suit room at the back Bldg. With not a good view. When trying to take a good hot bath tub after a long ride, the hot tap is too lose that I could not run the water. So, need to ask the maintenance staff to fix it. At the bedtime, I could not sleep as well because the air condition was too noisy that I had to complain. The manager offered me to upgrade the room, so I had to shifted the room at the middle of the night. Again the upgraded room also had a problem of clogged sink & no hot water (only the warm water set for both shower & bath). Beside, the what so-called upgrade room is better for ocean view only (with less noise from air condition) but has smaller size, no living room area (same as a studio type room). Also, the staffs seem to be well-trained with service mind though unable to slove problem of ridiculous hotel condition.
