The staff are very warm, welcoming, accommodating and professional! One of the best things about this wonderful hotel besides the furnishings and location.

My stay was excellent. The staff were all friendly, the rooms were very clean & nice. Definitely recommend staying here if looking for hotels in the Sarnia area.

The staff was super friendly we asked a lot of questions and each time they were happy to help us. The room was clean and quiet and we went on New Years eve.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It’s hard to find a nice hotel with pool and hot tub and this location had both as well as 2 saunas!! A beautiful gym and change rooms. Our room was very clean and spacious and it also came with a fridge and microwave.. the only negative I have is that the beds were terrible… for me anyway.. they were rock hard.

Our stay was short, but sweet. Cute Hotel with tons of charm. The staff were very attentive, and welcoming. The restaurant and Waiter were also top notch. Slight issue with our room was corrected quickly and very accommodating. Recommend!!!!! Well done to all

Everything was great, except for the fact that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation, literally the only reason we chose this place over less expensive places. It would have been nice if the website had mentioned this so we could have booked elsewhere.

Nice hotel, very clean and nice staff.

This hotel is amazing! High class without a high class price. My room was huge, the view of the sunrise over the town. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and businesses downtown, not to mention the parks and the river. Honestly, this stay have me a new appreciation of Sarnia. And the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, and it felt very genuine. The staff at the front desk when I checked in and checked out, they both deserve recognition. I will surely be staying here again.

Was very loud all night from supper onwards,all night London,very loud in room 117. Middle of night 3:30 am also very loud and disturbing.
