This hotel seemed brand new, very clean and quiet. Nice continental breakfast, and the staff was nice. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean, employees very friendly!

Had an event in Lake Geneva and this was close. Price was reasonable. The place was EXTREMELY clean. Very convenient on and off I43. Lots of dining options within Doordash distance.

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway. I loved the smell in the hallways. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I was super disappointed. The room was not cleaned properly. There was garbage still on the floor underneath the edge of the bed. The floor was not vacuumed properly and when you walked your feet stuck to the floor where it made that sticky sound when you would walk. The key cards that we had continuously stopped working, which made us late to our competition by about 10 minutes because we consistently had to keep going back down to the desk to have the key cards reactivated. We didn’t even have our phones in our pockets while we had the cards. The black cover on the door where you scan your card kept falling off when you would close the door. I want a refund for the money that was spent to stay in this room.

Great stay for a good price & distance from Alpine Valley (Skii Resort). All staff super friendly, room clean, breakfast very appetizing especially for complimentary! ☺️ Only wish that the pool water was warmer. Will definitely stay again for our skii trips ☺️

Great place for rest a night

Great. Very clean hotel . Would stay there again. Only complaint i have is that housekeeping skipped our room for a daily touch up. As a result, we had lots of trash and lots of dirty towels .

Everything was as expected.

The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The room was very clean as well and the bed was more than comfortable. There is easy access from the freeway. The breakfast options were plentiful. We will definitely use this on future visits.

Staff were friendly and courteous especially when I added an extra night stay. Room was clean and tidy. I'd recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Very nice, well maintained, and comfortable HI Express. Only 15 minutes from downtown Lake Geneva, this was an affordable and enjoyable overnight stay. The salt water pool was unexpected and the workout room was terrific.

Hotel is new and rooms are nice! We requested an early check in and staff was rude about our request. Could have been handled much better. Breakfast was poorly prepared. They had options but eggs, sausage and biscuits were severely overcooked and not appetizing.
