Location is reasonably close to the big metro station. Walking about 5 min with some slope though (quite common in Porto) The lighting in the room is quite dim, not easy to figure out. But very clean and well equipped with USB plug. Room was quite noisy at night when there was rain. The view was just no view, and I had to turn the blinds down always as it is facing another window in the corridor. They offered €5 credit if not using the room cleaning service, which is great. But I had a bad experience here. I opted for no cleaning service for two nights, but the reception insisted it’s only one night in their record. At last they still gave me the €10 credit which I am entitled to. But their attitude was not good, like I cheated for the €5. My suggestion: The hotel should maintain a better and proper record of this opt out service, and improve the staff’s service quality. There could be better way to clarify.

Was a nice hotel with big enough rooms, clean toilets, ironing essentials, hair dryer, towels, bathing essentials, a refrigerator. Clean and has a good view. If you want a room with good view then it can be noisy, I am relatively a light sleeper but the noise didn’t bother me. Really perfect location.

For those who do not know the city, it is full of very serious climbs and this hotel is located in a good location but requires a climb that is not visible on the map and it is serious. It is recommended to think about it before. The room is very technological and advanced, which can be an advantage, but those who don't like and fit it can be confusing! In addition, if you are not alone, the toilet shower is quite transparent and problematic. The price was very good for the time and compared to other hotels, a reasonable breakfast for those looking for it (the price for breakfast is high everywhere), the bed is comfortable and the room I stayed in was large.

They are an efficient, cost-effective hotel. They aim to give back to customers by offering a discount when you choose to forgo cleaning services. The location is not too far from the city center, but keep in mind that reaching the hotel involves an uphill walk. Then again, this is Portugal—so it's no surprise that wherever you go, you should be mentally prepared for some hiking. Oh you got to book a parking spot. Otherwise u have to park in the paid parking near by (5mins away on foot)

YOTEL Porto provides a stellar experience worthy of five stars. The rooms are impeccably decorated with enchanting moonlighting, creating a delightful ambiance. Daily cleaning ensures a pristine environment, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing restful sleep. The staff's warmth and professionalism significantly enhance the stay, with a special mention to the restaurant for their accommodating service, such as lending a bowl for late-night snacks. This attention to detail and guest comfort makes YOTEL Porto a standout choice. Overall, my experience was extraordinary, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to Porto.
