The staff at the AC Hotel were clearly managed in a way that really promoted customer service. The facility was nice and the rooms were well kept. Overall a good value in a good location.

Very Courteous Staff, Cleanness, Great Facilities

The stay was nice but upon arrival the receptionist completely ignored us for a good 2 minutes so it was just silent while he typed on his computer.. even if he was busy he could’ve let us know but it was silent. During our stay the toilet also was making loud sounds that woke us up in the middle of the night. We had to flush it multiple times for it to stop. The bar was lovely and the bar tenders were extremely kind as well. Overall a good stay but some issues.

I absolutely love this hotel and it was perfect for my family. The staff for are wonderful, very helpful and always happy to help. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to DC.
