The Inn at the Mission San Juan Capistrano Hotel charged mandatory add-on fees and charged for parking on top of the nightly rate that Hotels.com charged.
It is misleading and disappointing, as the Hotel appears to be taking advantage of the victims of the Palisades fire by increasing prices and imposing mandatory add-ons. On top of this, the TV didn't work, it was stuck on the home page advertising, and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty.
The service was poor, considering the 5-star price.
