Stayed many times here. Best place to stay in wynwood

This was our first time in Miami and we had such a beautiful and wonderful trip. The hospitality and kindness of the staff was a rare delight! We felt safe and comfortable and taken care of! Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for closeness to South Beach as well as Downtown Miami. We spent a lot of time at the Midtown shops as well- just a perfect summer vibe all year round! Thank you to all the staff for making our trip memorable and one to write home about!

Close to restaurants all within walking distance

Wonderful location! The rooftop pool is beautiful with great views. I felt safe in the area walking to restaurants and bars as well. The room was great, it’s like having an apartment. Definitely recommend!

I have stayed at a number of Hotels in the past, unfortunately this has been my least favorite due to the lack of comfort. The pillows, bed and sheets were all pretty poor quality (understand it cannot be top notch). Very hot at night, cannot imagine staying her in the summer. No air movement in the actual bedroom. Limited hot water for the shower, I’d say the tank gave 3-5 minutes of solid hot water… not enough for 2 people. Cleanliness was average, had to rinse cups and silverware before use. Front desk and check in was great. Not a lot of traffic or noise within in the building, very quiet with great amenities. Walkable to many activities and restaurants.

Plenty of places to walk to for food and shopping, we stayed 1 night before leaving on a cruise!

Too noisy at night. There is almost no sound insulation from outside. It becomes even worse if anyone driving through with a loud engine car. Room condition and cleanliness is good.

Stayed here for my 22nd birthday and had the BEST time. Staff was so nice and helped make my day extra special!

The apartments were lovely and roomy. The location was great - easily walkable to places like Target or shopping and not far from the bus stops either for the trolley or the hop on hop off bus. Great spot to explore Miami!

This was the perfect combination of an Airbnb and hotel. It was in a great location, reasonable, and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay and comfort and commodities

There is no customer service whatsoever. We arrived with empty shower gel, and a few of essential items unfilled. No one answers the phone at front desk. And guests have to provide their own toilet paper even, if it runs out. The room gets loud at night because people are screaming on the streets. Bad sound proof. The parking is crazy expensive. Won’t come back again.

Our room was slightly far to walk to from the elevator. Overall, we had a great stay.

Overall good experience

We stayed here for a Christmas trip to Miami and I was nervous a bit because the Google ratings were suspiciously high. lol However, I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the property was! We got in around 11 pm and there was only a security guard at the front desk. You check in on an iPad and get your keys that way. The guard wordlessly came over to assist when I got flustered and made my keys for me. All the staff I encountered during our four-night stay were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice -- I enjoyed the mattresses. When my husband got up out of bed at night I didn't even feel it. The kitchen was nicely stocked although I wish they had a skillet. It had plenty of space for our family of four. The location might feel a little sketchy upon arrival but I honestly felt safe walking around with my teens and stopping in all the shops and restaurants. It's also right down the street from the Miami Smorgasburg, a food market with local vendors. It's not a bad Uber/Lyft distance from South Beach, downtown, etc. If there's any quibble, it's that the temperature in the room got quite hot at night. We tried to set it lower on subsequent nights but still woke a little sticky. But overall, would definitely stay here again!

Liked that there were many dining options within walking distance. Did not like that I was awaken by construction equipment and construction workers talking loudly next door at 6 a.m. Also, be cautious about being told you are able to check in early, and the charge would be credited. I have a charge on my credit card, but the credit has still not appeared, and I checked out 5 days ago.
