We loved our stay! So peaceful to hear the ocean so close! Definitely booking again!

The place is beautiful but the only issue I had with cleanliness. There was dust and hair in our room and I had to call front desk for new sheets. They sent over new sheets and a new comforter but it smelled so bad like mildew that we went out and bought our own blankets. Other than that it was an easy check in process and the place itself was beautiful, walkable to the beach.

Pool was not keeping up but it was cold and windy all but one day Staff was great Patrol on beach were friendly and helpful

I loved this property. It was safe and quiet and very clean.

We stay at Lively every time we go to the beach to surf at JP Luby. It’s the only building in the area, never crowded, and feels like home. The grounds are clean, the rooms have everything we need and are tastefully furnished. If we could buy into a membership or a timeshare here, we would!

Beautiful property

We had a great visit to Lively Beach. The location was awesome and felt very private. It was an easy walk over the boardwalk to the public beach. It was also a short drive to restaurants, CVS, gas stations and Starbucks. The place had more amenities (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and enough counter space) than we were expecting. The place was clean and the property was quiet. Our only negative was the air conditioning ran continuously the entire time and it was loud. We could adjust the temperature for comfort easily enough, but it never stopped running. The rooftop decks were great. Lots of seating and tables to eat and watch the sunrise and sunset. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Corpus Christi.

We first stayed at Lively Beach about 4 years ago and loved it. It’s such a nice place to stay, the check in is always so easy, and it’s quiet. A few paint touch ups would make it look as good as new.

Excellent location right in front of the beach

The condo looked amazing in pictures, but fell short in reality. The metal entry door was rusty, the coffee maker was broken and their was a cockroach crawling around the dishwasher. There was a full kitchen,but nowhere to eat. The condo description said "partial sea view, but there was nothing in sight but a parking lot which we got a good look at because there wasn't any blackout blinds. The $80 dollars of extra fees didn't make the experience better. If you're still thinking of renting a lively condo, think again!

This is a beautiful place to stay, beach within walking distance, the condo I stayed in was immaculate. If you're thinking about it, just book it.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had a wonderful time. It was quiet, private, and so close to the beach. We loved walking on the boardwalk to the beach each morning and night. We saw turtles, dolphins, and lots of surfers while we were on the pier. We can’t wait to bring our kids here.

The location was perfect

Excellent surprise for my out of country family to experience a local beach area.
