Absolutely horrible customer service

The property was amazing. Hard to find at first but it was a quiet and convenient location for everything we wanted to do.

We have stayed here for the past 3 or 4 Christmas seasons. It has always been very clean and the check in/check out is very fast and easy. They have a small but cozy gym area and a heated pool. The best part to us is the breakfast which has a cool pancake maker as my husband would say.

Excellent location and wonderful new place to stay!

I thought the room was way to small..i wasnt comfortable with the room.. i left and didnt stay there went somewhere else to stay...i will not stay at a tru hotel again

Sadly, we were in town for a funeral, but this hotel provided a nice escape in the evenings. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. I appreciated the minimalistic design. My only complaint is that the bed blankets are quite thin.

All customer service reps were very professional and kind. room was clean, only complaint was the bed/pillows, woke up sore.

10/30/24 I was supposed to be there for 2 nights only stayed for one. I give this hotel an honest 1 star review.

The room was clean. Enough room for the pack and play. The bathtub was clean enough to give my toddler a bath in (very clean). 2 complaints 1. We did not have black out shades 2. Our air conditioner leaked water all over the floor when we were sleeping. Thank goodness we did not put our luggage over by it or it would have been soaked.

Clean, room is tiny

Excellent. The lady at our check in was excellent. Using hotels.com was beyond fabulous and easy!! Saved us a lot of money!
