Everything is good, but the service is lacking

The bathroom trash box still had trash when I checked in. The swimming pool was dirty. The towels looked like they had been used because they were yellow and smelly.

The sheets when we first moved in had been used. The yellow towels were torn again. The TV was dusty. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved.

The hotel staff are really friendly, check in and check out is really easy without any problems, room requests are fulfilled, it's really clean, fragrant, really comfortable, but the wifi is a bit slow huhu, but everything else is good, comfortable, recommended, affordable price.

Alhamdulillah, it is comfortable for those who want to bring children, they don't get bored with the swimming pool. Hopefully the cleanliness of the pools, both large and small, is maintained.

It was very uncomfortable to stay here, the room was damp, there was not enough lighting, the wifi was broken, the sheets were torn, the door lock was broken, the swimming pool water was murky, plus there were women who I thought were fussy, hopefully it will be better in the future

The trip from Bandung arrived at 12:00 noon, allowed early check in by the FO officer. Very good. There is a swimming pool for adults and children. Sea view for the right wing room of the FO, very cool. For breakfast is enough for this hotel rate. Thank you.

Overall good. Got a room facing the parking lot with a sea view even though it's far away. Fresh ventilation. Economical price. Only the swimming pool needs to be better maintained. The water is always replaced.

It was fun. It's just that the bed wasn't very comfortable. And the breakfast was a box but it was delicious.

Have stayed here several times, the owner is very friendly. I came from Jakarta, before check in time I could already enter, it's clean and close to everywhere. Always stay here when I go to Lampung.
