When the receptionist said to take me to the other facility, the room had a large, comfortable balcony view. When I received it, I was assigned to a room on the first floor with a musty smell, at the back of the hotel. The room is dirty and the quality is extremely bad, not like 3 stars. On the evening of December 9, I found the manager's phone number on the app, called to complain and was given a room on the 3rd floor (P301). This room was okay. But things don't stop there. At around 11:10, the cleaning lady automatically entered my room without knocking. To be honest, during my trip to this hotel, I swore I would never return. Very bad quality. Bad from reception to room. I didn't take pictures but I promise everything is as I said.
