The room is quite clean, quite comfortable, okay for a short rest.

The place is narrow, but clean and cold, the shower is fast, the toilet sometimes smells leaky, the room is quite narrow, the stairs are steep, the position is strategic because it is across from CP

The staff is very good, the facilities are all okay.

From just 1 day to adding 3 days, the staff were all very kind, helped with moving rooms too, all the facilities were good 👍.

Location and environment are comfortable. The rooms are also clean and cozy. Affordable for backpackers or those who only need overnight transit.

Even though the room was quite small (understandable for the price), it was very comfortable. We could request daily cleaning, and they provided toiletries and towels. The location is excellent, making it easy to reach big malls. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the furniture is nice, new and clean, amenities and toileteries are provided, you can get mineral water, there is a TV and refrigerator that functions well, the AC is cold, there is a lobby and cafeteria, close to ATMs and Indomaret and malls, it is facilitated to contact service laundry, the point is very impressive and would be happy to stay here again 😍.

Clean place, very good staff, easy access to everywhere, near minimarkets and food sellers, I only got a room without windows so I was a little confused in the morning and night, I had to check the time.

Bersih, dilihat segi kerapian dan minim debu di dalam kamar. Nyaman, dilihat dari letak kamarku di lantai 2 dekat jendela sehingga bisa semi outdoor. Strategis, dilihat dari dekat dengan Mall Central Park dan Taman Anggrek (jalan kaki) dan banyak kuliner di sepanjang jalan menuju penginapannya.

This is my first time staying here, because my event is close to Cozy Residence. The place is clean, the room is small but clean, the bed is nice to sleep on. It's just that maybe I'm just not used to the pillows. I checked out at 1.30 in the morning, the staff who served me was very friendly. Even though the price is cheap, this place is not managed haphazardly. Thank you Cozy for providing good service. I enjoy staying here.

Cs that girls are less communicative. The same as the FO room, it needs an exhaust fan so that the air inside doesn't smell.

Strategic place, many restaurants around it. Cleanliness is ok, only found a little hair on the bedcover and the room smells a bit like cigarettes. But the others are okay. One thing that is a bit annoying is the TV, whose screen is starting to blur. But you can watch YouTube anyway. One more minus, they don't provide a water heater for drinking tea / coffee. But you can ask to go to the lobby anyway. Overall, I think it's still pretty good.

I found this hotel by accident. There is parking for cars and motorbikes, the receptionist is very helpful. For a room that is enough for one person, the hot water is smooth, it's just that it looks like the AC needs to be serviced. I will come back to stay here if there is a similar need there. Thank You.
