the hotel staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice

Comfortable and clean, strategic location

It's funny that there is a stove but no gas, and the room is dirty and dusty so I have to wait 1 hour for the gas to be installed & cleaned again plus I have to pay 100 thousand for the gas, isn't this a free facility, why is it suddenly paid for?

Recommendation for bringing family

The room is a bit cramped and the cleanliness is okay. But the atmosphere and distance to the mall are very close.

The location is quite strategic. Hot water is not always available. Breakfast menu lacks vegetarian/vegan options.

the room is comfortable, the service is good, the location is not too far from Aeon Mall BSD, the only drawback is the key system is a bit complicated using the application overall the quality is good for the price of 300 thousand

The amenities provided were lacking. I ordered for two people, but starting from sandals, towels, toiletries, coffee, tea, sugar and mugs, there was only 1. On the first day of checking in, there was still a lot of dirt left in the corners of the room (like someone who swept and mopped carelessly), the blanket and bedsheets had lots of stains. The worst thing was a blood stain on the blanket. In the end, we didn't use the blanket. On the second day, fortunately, the blanket, bedsheet and pillowcase were replaced. The application on the smart TV needs to be updated. Tips, 1. Must bring your own hairdryer, 2, don't forget to turn on the refrigerator temperature. (the cable is already plugged in, just set the temperature yourself. There is a button inside the refrigerator for those who don't know where the button is).

It was very comfortable to stay here for one night. The room design is beautiful, each room has a balcony that can see the beautiful view of BSD city, the staff, security are all friendly, next time it will be a favorite place for a staycation. Thank you Moritz Inn BSD ❤️

The room turned out to be cramped. Maybe a suggestion if the mid single max capacity is 1 person, don't have a 2 person option. Because it's too cramped. There is a 2 person option. Maybe with the sofa that is available. But it's very dusty so it can't be used. The room facilities, the stove can't be used, the refrigerator is dead. Room service has no response. Sad. At least it was answered even though it wasn't allowed. I didn't try breakfast because I was annoyed. Asking for it to be brought to the room was really not allowed. Even though it was only white rice and soy sauce chicken. Even though asking for the portion that we should have gotten. Really bad mood. No appetite to eat. Disappointed. Sorry, no if you bring your family. Maybe if you're a young single, it's okay. Can't sleep comfortably. The only thing that's okay is the swimming pool facility. And the view and city lights. Not satisfied.

Recommend for those who want to transit/staycation.

The place is clean, and close to the city center, the only downside is that it takes a long time, I ordered food and waited up to an hour, I wanted to check out for a long time, sometimes I waited up to 15 minutes

The hotel staff, who are female, are not very friendly.

The water heater is off, the AC is not cold, the WiFi network is slow.

The check in process is fast too. There is a deposit for the lift key of IDR 150 thousand. Studio type room on the 35th floor. Pretty clean. The AC is not cold enough, the swimming pool cannot be used because apartments are being built next door. 15 minutes walk to Aeon Mall.

Just good! The semi apartment is very close to Aeon Mall & IceBSD.

Convenient location to the mall, very close but unfortunately gas facilities for cooking are not provided.

It turns out that we don't provide gas here even though we have prepared cooking utensils from home and ingredients.
