Nice property. Our go to when we’re traveling with grand kids

Rooms and hotel was clean. The breakfast had a lot to be desired though. Sandwiches were hard as rock.

Cleanliness

Front Staff was great with pleasant personality..gracious and polite. ..no problem there. Food area staff were not as friendly though n I could feel their gruffly mood.

Great clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was so nice and clean. Bed was really comfy as well.

1. Toilet didn’t flush 2. Room had multiple things damaged 3. Thin walls, noisy kids above us.

Clean and good breakfast

Had a birthday slumber party for my daughter thought that I had booked a room with bunk beds but ended up not being placed in one of those rooms. Asked the front desk for pads for one of the young girls and was given a tampon. The group of girls I had was ages 10-14 so there was no experience in use. I had to leave the hotel twice just to get the few items that the market down at the main desk was supposed to have.

Easy to locate and friendly staff

Comfortable hotel, convenient to Bloomington/Normal. Nice to have a kitchette + pullout sofa. Breakfast was ok... service was a little lacking. Had to ask for coffee to be refilled even though it wasn't busy. Decaf was cold. There was a kids party next door to our room the last night, which was very loud and weird

It has a convenient location and our room size was great, but there were some issues that will keep us from going back. First, our pull out couch had hair all over the sheet. When I called the front desk, they said there shouldn’t be a sheet on the pull out at all (so I guess it hadn’t been stripped from the previous guests?) but that we could use the fresh linens in the cabinet…so we changed the linens, but no one came up to the room to get the soiled linens. I wonder what else wasn’t cleaned properly? Next, my son was playing on the carpet and cried out because his hand got cut. I looked closer and there were tiny shards of glass all over the area. Apparently they don’t vacuum either. Lastly, when we went down to the free breakfast at 8:30 almost everything was gone. There were no plates and no cups available to even get a drink. The building itself is nice and my son had fun in the pool, but we wouldn’t recommend this location.

TWO incidental $50 charges showed up on my credit card. TWO! I called the hotel and the clerk blamed the bank. Please reverse this immediately.

Nice, clean new property. Large room with full kitchen.

The room had a bad smell like sewer type smell. Also had a small in the sink and dishwasher area. Seems like that has not run for awhile and it’s getting stinky. They try to hide the smell with some strong air fresheners
