Excellent customer service all around, Rosita in the Reef Cafe was so friendly! The buffet for breakfast was also very nice.

The view from the hotel is superb and the big selling point. However I did not feel it was worth the money after spending 4 days there. The amenities in the room are very basic. The beach next to the hotel is quite average and not the same as Shirahama. Quality of the dinner buffet was good. The outdoor part of the onsen was very good.

Quiet, charming area. Ideal for "urbex" and retro fan. Hotel facilities itself, great. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Pool also great, with open air lounge. (People should stop playing video games in their rooms, and get out and swim in the fresh air!!)

愛犬を同伴できる条件で選びました。ペット連れ専用出入り口からエレベーター・お部屋の設備もとても良かったですが、大切な食事の時間がお部屋でお留守番というのは何とも寂しいです。近隣にも殆どお店がありませんので、せめてカフェは同伴できるようにしていただけるとありがたいです。 スタッフの方々のホスピタリティは素晴らしかったです。ありがとうございました。

プールサイドカフェで波音を聞きながらゆったり過ごしたり、清掃の行き届いた部屋や館内など良好なホテルでした。バイキングの際、外国の団体の方のマナーが今一つ。食べ物の前で手で遮ること無く大きなくしゃみをするなど若干不快な事も。この点は会場を別にするなどホテル側の工夫も必要かなと感じました。

食事が、美味しくない。ビュッフェスタイルでしたが、味が普通で、あまり感動がない。 お酒を頼んでも、サワーもうすい。 あと、お風呂の脱衣場が、せまく、お水のせっち 眺めとか、すこくいいけど、

子どもが楽しめるサービスが沢山あってとても良かったです。ブッフェ中に子どもが眠くなるとブランケットを持ってきてくれたりとても優しく対応してくださいました。温泉に行く時に会うと「起きたの？バイバイ！」と声をかけてくれたりとても細やかな対応をしてくださいました。ありがとうございました。ブッフェも海鮮系が多くてバリエーション豊かでとても美味しかったです！！また絶対に来ます。

初めての宿泊です。家族5人とワンチャン1匹。とても満足です。宿泊前にSNSを見ていて、評判の悪い書き込みもチラホラ散見し、少し心配してましたが、全く問題ありませんでした。ビュッフェの料理もとても美味しく、ワンチャンの出入りは別の玄関になっており、ワンチャン専用のエレベーターでワンチャンないない宿泊客にも迷惑がかからずとても快適でした。リピ確定です。ただ、今回は台風10号真っ只中に行ったため、天候は最悪でした。次回は天気の良い日に宿泊したいです。
