My family arrived to check in at 8pm, the staff said the room's air conditioner was broken, they couldn't get the room and the hotel had no more rooms to change for us. When I asked the staff why they didn't tell us in advance but only told us when they arrived. The staff replied that because I booked the room on the system, there was no phone number or information to contact me. After a while, they changed my family to Lion3, after going up to the room, the room was still messy and hadn't been cleaned. My family didn't agree to stay in that room, so they transferred my family to Lion8, the room was okay, old. I will never book a room here again, because this is an extremely bad experience with the reason the hotel gave.
