Worst experience of my life in the hotel industry. They are not picking up call for refund of extra advance neither informing about refund of money. Food quality was worst. Insect inside the room. Toiletries are bad, towel are very very bad, bedsheet and pilow cover very bad. DJ is good only rest all are bad. Do not visit with Family / Group / Corporate party. They will give a different bill which was discussion at the time of advance booking.

Totally wastage of money. Manager behavior is very rude. Service is very poor. Too much waiting to refilling rhe food. Also food is having no taste. Room condition is not good. No cleanliness maintain in room. Switch board is not working. Not recommend for visit.

We are total 10 Member with Child. In New Year Best DJ Party Arrange by Summer House. Mr. Sanket Agrawal is very kind and supportive. All staff is very co operative. Beautiful decoration in entire property. Over all good experience.

In Diwali some Quality Time spend with Family in Summer House. Superb Place for Family Outing. Good Atmosphere. Best Part is Service. Mr. Sanket Agrawal is very kind and supportive. All staff is very co operative.
