Check in was easy and room was minimal but comfortable and in a fantastic location. The room was clean and quiet. It had a good tv. Everything was great. I was told that the AC was currently not working, but the weather was good and it wasn’t necessary.

Location great, but AC not working. Staff lying, issues ignored. NOT WORTH EUR 175 even for a night!!!!!! Room had 27 degrees on arrival and after leaving window open for entire night still 23 degrees at 4am in morning (when I got ready to leave). Could barely sleep from noise. I immediately complained upon arrival but was told that AC in none of the rooms working, just the radiators and recommended to open window. There was also no other room. I asked for refund for which I only received a smile from the lady. Upon coming home, I contacted hotel again, was ignored, then contacted hotels.com who talked to hotel. Sadly, hotel then said all AC working! Blandly lying!

The room was clean and good space. Bathroom was clean and spacious, with heated towel rack, good water pressure. Temperature in the room is perfect. Staff were helpful. If you are taking the Milan Malpensa airport, the train station just around the corner (very convenient).Our room was facing the train station.

Truly enjoyed our short stay in Cardona Luxury Hotel. It was next to the train station and short walking distance to great restaurants and shopping! The hotel was clean and very easy to check in and out. Thank you 😊

Hotel was clean and recently renovated. Hotel was within walking distance from Duomo, other attractions and Cadorna train station. Hotel was located in an old building on the third floor. I did not see the building elevator moves. I would check with the hotel to check whether the elevator is working, if that concerns you. It did not concern me. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke great English. I would stay there again.

Great position, good rooms and kind staff

Me sorprendió positivamente este hotel. El hotel es muy pequeño y también sus cuartos. Sin embargo se ve que pensaron la funcionalidad y la distribución de las cosas muy muy bien. El hotel está dentro de un edificio muy bonito a un costado de la estación del tren. Se encuentra en el tercer piso y hay que entrar por un elevador antiguo. Pero desde la entrada, muestra detalles modernos como el acceso, el aire, y la funcionalidad de las cosas en el cuarto como el DND. La cama muy cómoda y buen entretenimiento en la TV.

Great location, close to landmarks. I only stayed for less than 24 hours, but I have no complaints about the hotel. It's also right next to a metro station, which is very convenient.

Perfect for a quick stay if you are planning full day activities around the area. The only downside is the air conditioning takes a long time to cool the room even though the room is a relatively small. But this should be expected and for others don’t be surprised about this. It is very unpleasant when you need relief from a full day of activity under the sun.

Fantastic location to stay, right next to Milano cadorna station which had the express line to the Milan airport

À notre arrivée, l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et nous avions 3 étages à monter. Il y avait aussi une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain. Le contrôle de la température était très restreint. Mis à part cela, le reste était bien: bonne isolation du bruit considérant que notre chambre donnait directement sur la gare de trains, bon confort du lit, le bain a remous fonctionnait bien.

The hotel is in a great historic building. It’s 14 rooms and the rest of the building is offices and apartments. Rooms are modern with good beds - but small. Directional signs are poor. The street facing sign is less than 12 inches in a panel with office listings. You have to ring a doorbell to get into the building to register and then you can access with a key. Cross a courtyard and go up to the third floor to check in. Our room had so much heavy fragrance it was eye watering. But it may not always be that way.

Cadorna Luxury Hotel was a great place to stay. It had a much quieter, local feel with some great restaurants and cafes and close proximity to trains, trams, and metro. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The rooms were complete and modern with everything you’d expect.

Staff is very nice and the property is clean and updated. Infrastructure is outdated such as the elevator to get to the property but its no big deal. Great location!

“Luxury “ is an overstatement.

Well so I consider this a nice motel and not a hotel. Location is not near the attractions. But clean and for the price is okay
