Since there was no hotel staff on site they could not resolve my inability to check in. I was stranded outside in the rain until some remote person could "call me back.". Then they blamed me for entering my information incorrectly. I felt mistreated and insulted

Do Not book this hotel if you like your vacations to be comfortable. When I got into the room, the window was blown wide open because it didn't fully latch. It was freezing out. Closed it and went to crank the heat only to find out the thermostat was broken. I texted (there's no human to talk to) and asked for blankets and got no response. The next day they brought a space heater which dried out the air but didn't really provide heat. But we could take a hot shower to warm up, right? Nope. Hot water ran out after about two minutes. In Addition - the Keurig didn't work, the walls and door were thin and let in All the noise (at six am!). All of this After putting down a security deposit. I contacted them with these concerns and they offered me a discount on a future trip. Which I will never be using.

The Ad said “parking is available” but didn’t say with additional charge! It was $20 per day! Like everywhere else in Philly finding street parking was a challenge.

Problems entering the property was told check in was 1.30pm but door code didn’t work until 4pm. Staff were as confused as me, but very helpful to get issues resolved. The property was nice but some physical instructions on how to use appliances would’ve been helpful. It all seemed a little “new” quickly erected to accommodate guests, some of the fixtures looked recently installed in a hurry. Making it good on the surface. I was provided with an incorrect internet code which made me pay out additionally for a wifi hot spot to resolve issues. First night, there was intense banging like someone attempting to break into a room, this lasted an hour. The other nights were fine. Staff overall head full, even if they were unsure what to do to resolve any problems. Sadly I had no phone to call, send messages to customer support during my stay. Make sure your phone works in the US is very good advice!

For the most part, the stay would nice. However please be aware that like a good 4 of the apartments are on the 9th floor and the elevator only goes to the 8th! You walk the last flight.

First unit was on the nineth floor, elevator only went to the eight floor, had to carry luggage up two steep flites. They moved me to another room on the sixth floor. Better. However, televison had no remote, unusable, stove top did not work, unusable, and finally they attempted to charge me for smoking in the unit, which never happened! A less than great stay.

Check in was easy with all info available online after pre-check in. Parking garage was really tight. Building/halls smell really odd. Couldn't quite identify what it was. Room was nice, amenities provided were good for the price, however: The couch was one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever sat on. Felt like sitting on a paper towel with springs underneath it. Constantly felt like I was going to break it (I'm normal sized at 170lbs). Utensils/cutlery provided were dirty/rusty. Shower had next to no water pressure. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Sunk into it while laying until I could feel myself resting on the bed frame. Worst night of sleep I've ever had after going to a show. Overall, would not recommend.

The suite I stayed in was interesting and beautiful, but check in was difficult and frustrating and colored my overall experience in a negative way. Was given check in instructions while driving on the road so could not "Check-in" on line. The address I was given had NO signage or indication that I "was there." Had to circle the block several times, called and was brought in. Still had to check in online standing in front of the reception person and it was unnecessarily complicated. Not a good experience after 6 hours on the road and Philly traffic.
