Good location,

샤워실수도 고정안됨. 침실카페트바닥청소불량. 주차불편하고위험.한깅뷰로 기대했으나 전체적으로매우불편.

Günlük oda temizliği ve havlu değişimi var.Otel gayet konforlu terlik var,banyoda gerekli malzeme var.Küvet var.Klozet gayet hijyenik,günlük odaya 2 adet su bırakıldı.Buzdolabı klima sorunsuzdu.Konaklamamız gayet iyi idi.Tavsiye ederim.

뷰 멋집입니다. 오래된 호텔이라 엘베랑 복도 카펫에서 묶은 먼지냄새가 좀 납니다만, 객실 상태는 깨끗하고 침대 더블인데 흔들리지않았고 침구상태도 양호했습니다. 주차는 기계식이라 약간 불편한 정도.. 하루 저녁늦게 들어가서 묵어서 다른 시설은 이용하지 않아 모르겠네요.

Location very close to subway and bus lines.

どちらからの空港アクセスも良い上、金額も安かったです。一人で宿泊しましたが、トリプルにグレードアップしてくれました。隅々の掃除が行き届いていなかったのが残念ですが、景色が良くゆったりと過ごせました。

객실 청소 상태가 너무 안 좋고, 먼지가 그대로 쌓여 있는 등 객실 컨디션과 욕실 청결상태 또한 안 좋음

The staff is very unfriendly

イスや床の絨毯や鏡などホコリと汚れがとても目に付きました。あと、チェックインした時から私達のではない歯ブラシとバスタオルがチェックアウトまで残ってました。そのタオルの上に私達のタオルがありとても不快でした。そしてバスタオルはないそうです。フロントの方は親切でした。部屋は広めで近くに飲食店もあり地下鉄駅も歩ける範囲だし金浦空港も近いのでそういう意味ではとても残念でした。

So clean , convenient and nice view

The room we were assigned had a few problems 1) the blow dryer was shorted and dangerous, 2) the toilet would not flush and three the door would not close from outside the room. Location is not too bad, but wouldn't stay here again

시설, 환경, 프론트 서비스 등은 매우 만족할 만 하였음. 그러나 체크아웃 당일, 체크아웃 하기도 전에 룸에서 준비 중임에도 룸메이드가 룸 문을 열고 들어오려다가 사람이 있는 것을 확인하고 나갔음. 룸메이드 관리가 필요해 보임.

The room we stayed at has an awesome view of the river "Han". With the view, the stay was a very relaxing and enjoyable one.

アウトレットが丸穴のみで数も少ない

The hotel smelled like smoke. The rooms floor were stained and so were the furniture. There were also left over used sanitary products like the room was not cleaned before we checked in. We left as soon as we checked in because it was unsanitary.

Gayet iyi, sakin ve temiz bir otel. Tek sorun Covid gereği sanırım restoran kapalı ve kahvaltı yok.

立派な建物と申し分ない設備で移動にタクシー使う身としては満足しました。
