The cleanliness is very lacking. But the good thing is if you want to find food or shop, the location is very close.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, but the cleanliness of the room was very lacking, and there were cockroaches.

The staff is really indifferent, boss. It seems like the room lights are only for sleeping, the blue lights are dim, the walls are dirty, the wifi is slow, the TV is broken.

Checking in at night, I got information from the receptionist that the towels were out of stock with the reason that it was full occupancy since Eid, is there no back up plan for a small hotel without towels? There was no bath mat in the room, the hot water didn't work, the water tap was broken, the toilet seat was slightly broken which could cause injury, the room smelled, overall the price was worth it because it was a transit hotel/similar, but it didn't match the picture on the application!

It's really bad that a dirty room is framed with stains, even though the stains are already there, the deposit will be deducted and you will be fined.

The room is too noisy, the room is too free for teenagers to enter, crowded and going in and out of the room in turns. Already paid through the application, according to the price listed in the application. The hotel asked to add a fee of 50k / night, with the excuse of a system error. It Makes No Sense!

Good service. Easy to find place

Not according to expectations, dirty room, dirty bathroom, shower not working, lots of minuses.

Some facilities do not match those made in the application, the room air conditioner takes a long time to cool, the air conditioner remote is problematic, what's more the TV remote, it was taped because it was broken, check in from 14:30-18:30 the air conditioner is quite cold. Anyway, just stay here once & last. The price is not worth it, it's better to be more comfortable at reddoorz, in a hotel that is looking for comfort. Hopefully the hotel will fix it.

cold AC. It's just a shame that in the room I stayed in, the mattress wasn't comfortable. Water is not hot enough. Clean. But for this price. It's been great.

AC dingin. Cuma sayang di kamar yang saya tempati kasurnya kurang nyaman. Air kurang panas. Bersih. Tapi untuk harga segini. Udah bagus banget.
