Overall the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly.
There is a gallon water dispenser provided in the hotel hallway, so you don't have to bother buying drinking water, unfortunately the hot water mode is not turned on, I saw that the dispenser is not connected to an electric socket.
For a 4-star hotel rate, it can be upgraded again to match the star tag.
In front of the lobby for 4 stars, there needs to be a security guard who is always on standby, in addition to those who have to regulate the entry and exit of vehicles.
For the room, I bought a room that chose a king bed, the application has a price difference between a king bed and a twin bed, and when I checked in I had requested again to the front office for a real king bed, not a twin bed that was combined, but when I arrived at the room I got a twin bed that was combined.
In the bathroom, a towel hanger could be added, because in my room 1607 there was none other than the hood behind the door and on the shower door handle. It seems that the top of the sitting toilet can still be added to dry towels.
For tissues on the room table, please fill them up, because when I wanted to get tissues, I had to dig deep into the tissue box because it wasn't filled up, and there was only a little left
For breakfast, the food tasted pretty good, there was variety but the taste could be improved.
In terms of variety and taste, for a 4-star hotel, it is still inferior to sw*ssb*ll which is only a 3-star hotel (not meant to compare but as a reference for the hotel to be better).
For food stations that are indeed operated by the hotel (when I stayed, it was a rawon station), please be on standby in the area at the right time, so that visitors don't have to bother calling the staff first.
