Shuttle bus is always available, easy and comfortable access. The bed is very comfortable, the hotel smells good, all the staff are friendly and professional. The prayer room is very nice. Will be back again to this hotel, inshaAllah

Got issue with check in process due to payment issue from the travel agent. It cost us 4 hours to wait before we can enternthe room. The rest are great.

The rooms are very clean, fragrant and modern. The atmosphere of the room is comfortable for resting. The receptionist at check out was friendly, offering a toilet in the lobby while we waited for midday prayer time.

Hotel dengan Service yang luar biasa, 2 kali stay di sini nyaman banget, Lobby hotel yang cozy & wangi banget, bunga-bunga Fredy setiap hari selalu bertengger di Lobby dan sekitarnya. Staf hotel yang sangat helpful, ramah & Vera welcome. Tak lupa Chef yang luar bisa Chef Jajang yang selalu memberikan the best food untuk kami selama stay di sana. Makasih banyak Chef Jajang udah bikinan Nasi goreng enak & Arabian mix grill yang endues surendes pokoknya. Must try deh Nasgor & migornya ya. See you Address Jabal Omar. Hendri & Imas. Tangerang.
