THIS IS ONE OF THE FILTHIEST HOTEL IVE BEEN TO. THE CARPETS ARE MOLDY AND SMELLY. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN REFUND THE ROOM WHEN CHECKED OUT IMMIDIETELY. Staffs kept giving wrong rooms twice, book for twin bed and non connecting, but they gave big bed and connecting, twice. Staff are gentle but the hotel is a NIGHTMARE! A HEALTH HAZARD! I suggest u run if u care for ur health.

please advertise the hotel policy about deposit clearly.

The receptionist staff is not friendly.

The location is convenient, but the soundproofing is not good, and we can hear the noise from the next room. Basically, the room is spacious, and the bathroom has separate toilets, showers and washrooms, which is convenient for the three of us, and we don't hinder each other. Good.

Strategic location. Food tastes good and the staff are friendly. I want to suggest that the operation hours for the cafe is extended until 10 PM.

I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Hot water was always available, and the breakfast each morning was tasty and satisfying. Overall, a great experience!

A very noisy night until 7:00 am. The sound of very loud music from the speakers at the nearby Club. It is very surprising why a club can have a large license to operate until the morning without any control from the PBT or City Hall.

Poor and unthoughtful! Trying to charge me MYR100/- just because I am early by an hour! Parking small parking space and no free parking! Staff being unprofessional, talking loudly across the front lobby, playful and singing nonsense! Would have given up if didn't pay earlier! Poor signage on entry and to car park! No hospitality at all in service industry! Definitely going into my blacklist!

The staff was helpful. Generally nice place. Some items needed repairs such as the socket. A bit more cleaning at the toilet door.

I often stay here but only once yesterday one FD was a bit dirty, please fix it again.

Refundable deposit RM50. Average speed check in. Room is clean and tidy. Toothbrush and toothpaste are provided upon request. very noisy during night starting 12am till 6am. The price is reasonable WIFI is very weak. Overall, this hotel is not worth the hype.

There is no bathing towel, toothbrush or toothpaste given, When I went there at 9.30am, the breakfast were all finish, when I want to have my cereal not enough milk, the waiter mention no more, this hotel I will not recommend. The food are more towards Indian taste, there is no hotdog, Omelette egg, quite a bad experience.

Room is quite big and clean. No slipper, no hand & foot towel. Location near to monorail. The mall is almost empty like ghost city. So far is worth it with the room price.
