Honestly, before going to Mariana, I stayed at Labersa. I admit that the hotel atmosphere is nice. But there are many things I don't like there, first, hotel facilities such as swimming pools can only be used until 18:00, unlike Niagara or Labersa hotels, guests can use the facilities as much as they want (guests take care of themselves), second, laundry facilities can only be used at limited times. Unlike other hotels, they are still served at 22:00 (although they are charged, for me that's not a problem) and I don't like the staff who sell cookies, the price listed is not the same as the price paid. I gave advice to the staff to change the price so that no one feels strange anymore. For breakfast, I admit that per child is charged 200,000 in my opinion it is too expensive, considering the portion of food for children is very small. But I admit that there are many choices of food there. Lastly, the late co, coincidentally my child has online ballet. They couldn't help me at all with the late co, even though I said that it was okay if I was charged. During my stay at the hotel from Brastagi to Perapat. This is the only hotel whose rules are too excessive. I wanted to try the massage service but what a shame it was only until 19:00 and I couldn't go back at 11:00 even though it was close to the opening hours. 🤣🤣🤣 It's weird. Even though if they want to make money, it's very easy, the massage service is open until 23:00 and the laundry service is 24 hours. That's very profitable.
