Elevator was down which was a pain due to having a baby with us. The bed could use replacing and the rooms could use curtains since the hotel is very well lit! Didn’t get much sleep!

Great beach location

Communication excellent & very friendly. Unfortunately got the room closest to busy road but overall very good stay & nice they accommodated our 2 small dogs. 😊

Great location and has a private beach you can enjoy. Staff are friendly. Bedrooms are a bit warm but it does cool off at night.

Parking too busy

We had the two bedroom and it was a decent size. Nice balcony and lake view. The staff was outstanding and very welcoming. The price is certainly affordable.

Hair everywhere in bathroom

Bruce was excellent. Very helpful and cheerful.

Unit was clean. Loved having a kitchen area and all the pots, plates, cutlery. Next time we will get a lake view room. Nice having BBQ at the back, by the beach, Friendly people.

Very good place to stay at

Nice location, easy beach access but it needs a major cleaning. General dirty areas like general tile , patios, all windows unclean & covered in spider webs, unclean elevator, etc. No general maintenance. Suite comfort was basic but good enough..

We had a wonderful stay and the staff were the most friendly our entire week in the okanagan. We did not have an issue with parking our mid sized SUV however, if you are driving a van or a large truck it’s much easier to park on the street.

Very friendly people around . Good customer service.

We appreciate the waterfront view and the availability of barbecue facilities.

Another beautiful summer memory at this beautiful place. We can never say enough good things about the Desert Surfside. It’s our home away from home. The staff are equally as amazing, & we look forward to seeing them every summer. Thank you for another wonderful summer vacation. Until next year!!!!
