Bedroom & staff hospitality went great!! i have no complaint at all, they really attentive to provide a good experience for guest, comfy bed, detail in design & has complete hotel amenities. very good facilities within the hotel area, good environment for relaxing too especially with family. only minus in restaurant coz of long serving time & taste just so so (soto ayam is nothing special, teh tarik taste like sachet drink we can find in minimarket), just there to catch the sunset while having dinner,

The staff is very helpful, during high season they are still professional, everything is okay, I will come back again, a very cozy place to chill, refresh and vacation

Everything is really good except for the food. Breakfast is limited even though it's still 9 am and a lot of the food is already finished and the waitress said it's been refilled 3 times and won't be refilled again 🥲 even though breakfast is from 7-10 am. They should have provided more food stock. It's really unfortunate in the restaurant section

Staying on the weekend.. Access to the hotel is very safe for 2 or 4 wheeled vehicles.. so far during my stay this hotel has the coolest and freshest weather. The deluxe twin cottage: wooden house, complete facilities, 2 floors, clean, AC available, only maybe access to the bathroom for parents is a bit difficult because there are a few stairs,, Other facilities: during your stay you can get free access to the game rides for 2 days or as much as you like (this is rare, very good Els), everywhere there are mini golf car facilities, champion view, there is a restaurant although the menu could be increased especially for Indonesian food, standard breakfast (but the scrambled egg stand is the best we've ever tried) Service: from the receptionist to the security, they are very friendly and helpful. So in my opinion this resort is highly recommended to try, especially for the UTI family

The place is really cool and comfortable for relaxing and relieving fatigue. The room is clean and comfortable, only 1 wifi has a weak signal so there is a problem with the TV so the effect cannot be watched.

Very satisfied with it! Fast front office. Fast restaurant. The service is excellent. 5 stars anyway. Kids are very feiendly 💕.

The villa is nice. The air is cool, the night temperature is 18 degrees, the staff is friendly and kind. The breakfast lacks variety.
